New Technical Property Management Mandat in Berlin

Vistra will take on the technical property management for InCity Immobilien AG as of 1 June 2020. The mandate comprises seven residential and commercial buildings in Berlin and the Lilienthalpark in in close proximity of the new Berlin-Brandenburg airport. The attending Real Estates accommodate 215 tenants with a total rental space of almost 66,000 m². In addition to the technical property management, Vistra will also manage the tendering process for the FM services.
